What makes Korean skincare different? Korean skincare focuses on prevention, hydration, and achieving healthy, glowing skin through multi-step routines. Products often feature innovative ingredients and gentle formulations designed to nourish and protect your skin's barrier.
Are your products authentic Korean brands? Yes! We source all our products directly from trusted Korean beauty brands to ensure authenticity and quality.
What skin types are your products suitable for? We carry products for all skin types including dry, oily, combination, sensitive, and mature skin. Each product listing includes information about which skin types it's best suited for.
Are your products cruelty-free? Many of our Korean skincare brands are cruelty-free. Check individual product descriptions for specific certifications and ingredient information.
What's the shelf life of your products? Most unopened skincare products have a shelf life of 2-3 years. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6-12 months. Check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on each product for specific guidance.
How do I know which products are right for my skin concern? Browse our collections organized by skin concern, or contact us for personalized recommendations based on your specific needs.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Yes! All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with SSL encryption to protect your information.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Please contact us immediately at glohaus.nwa@gmail.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How can I track my order? You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package with the carrier.
What if my package is lost or damaged? Please contact us at glohaus.nwa@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package is lost or arrives damaged, and we'll assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Can I exchange a product? Yes, we accept exchanges for unopened products in their original condition. Contact us at glohaus.nwa@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Are opened skincare products returnable? For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened products unless the product is defective or damaged.
SKINCARE ROUTINE
What's the correct order to apply Korean skincare products? The typical order is: cleanser → toner → essence → serum → eye cream → moisturizer → sunscreen (AM only). Apply products from thinnest to thickest consistency.
How long until I see results? Results vary by product and skin concern. Generally, you may see initial improvements in 2-4 weeks, with more significant results after 6-8 weeks of consistent use.
Can I use multiple products from different brands together? Yes! Korean skincare is designed to be layered and mixed. Just introduce new products gradually to ensure your skin tolerates them well.
