Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free on orders over $50, otherwise calculated at checkout

Geographic Coverage We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Responsibility Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once your package has been shipped and is in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with these issues.

Shipping Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at glohaus.nwa@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
